Losing Weight

Lose inches in 2 weeks!

For all of us heavies, we know what life is like for us. We are always at the end of somebody's else jokes. I know because I have been made fun of due to my being overweight. So why blog about it?

The purpose of this blog is to first of all give confidence to all of us heavyweights that we do not have to be overweight. It is a matter of choice and determination. It took me 35 odd years just to reduce my weight. Over the years, I had grown sideways but not much in terms of upward movement. I tried all kinds of diets and exercises, only to see myself giving up in a matter of weeks and months and returning to my old ways of eating.

So who am I to give advise? Simply for the fact that over the past 1 year, I've found how I can lose weight and keep the pounds off. This is the longest that I've managed to reduce my weight. This time by blogging about it, and re-reading what I've wrote, it will help me in my determination in reducing and losing weight. So for you readers, I hoped that it will be enlightening to you too. I shall also post interesting articles that I found on the Internet for all to read.
